Larry Mango

Vice President of Asset Management

In his role as Vice President of Asset Management, Mr. Mango is responsible for the management of CLP’s portfolio.  Mr. Mango brings to CLP more than 19 years of commercial real estate experience. 

Previously, Mr. Mango was Director of Asset Management at Rockwood Capital, a private real estate investment firm, where he developed and executed business plans, leasing, recapitalization, legal and tax strategies for an $800 million real estate portfolio.  His experience also includes acquisitions and spans across multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and hospitality assets.  Mr. Mango has also served as a broker and advisor at Cushman & Wakefield and Vision Properties and has had roles in the public sector, including the New York City Economic Development Corporation and the Village Alliance Business Improvement District. 

Mr. Mango earned a B.S. in Marketing from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He also earned a Masters in Urban Planning, with a concentration in Economic Development, from New York University.
