James Brady

Director of Operations and Audit

As Director of Operations and Audit, Mr. Brady is responsible for the strategic review and oversight of CLP’s operations at the property level. Mr. Brady has 25 years of real estate management experience.

Mr. Brady joined CLP after providing management services for multifamily real estate firms across the United States. He had held many senior positions including COO for a prestigious, privately-held firm and had been responsible for portfolios as large as 147 apartment communities and up to 475 employees.

Mr. Brady brings a wealth of experience and knowledge with him to support CLP with the day-to-day company operations to provide leadership, portfolio management, organizational structure, and NOI growth.

Mr. Brady has previously held leadership positions with AvalonBay Communities, Lincoln Property Company, Trammell Crow Residential, and Summit Properties. Mr. Brady holds his B. A. from John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio and has extensive industry-specific continuing education.
