Juan Lent

Senior Vice President, Operations

Mr. Lent joins Castle Lanterra with over 25 years of industry experience as Senior Vice President, Operations, responsible for asset management services over a target portfolio of investments and additional operational services for the broader portfolio.

Mr. Lent, who most recently served as First Vice President of Operations at Veris Residential (formerly Roseland/Mack Cali), has held various leadership positions overseeing residential assets in New Jersey, New York, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. His portfolios have included wholly owned, joint venture, and third-party managed lease-up, stabilized, redevelopment, and mixed-use communities. Mr. Lent began his career at AvalonBay Communities and then transitioned to AIMCO as part of their redevelopment group before joining Roseland/Mack-Cali. Mr. Lent’s most recent responsibilities included oversight of fourteen Class A properties consisting of over 5,400 units in New Jersey. His areas of responsibility have included financial management, identifying/implementing operational efficiencies with an emphasis on financial growth and resident attraction/retention, asset repositioning, transition management of acquisitions/dispositions, compliance, employee management, and third-party ownership relationship management.

Mr. Lent received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Fairfield University, and currently holds a Real Estate Salesperson license in New Jersey.
