Castle Lanterra’s multifamily business employs a dual-pronged investment approach within strategic markets throughout the United States. We acquire quality, new construction properties facing operational challenges as well as communities that may require value-enhancement programs aimed to maximize NOI and provide attractive risk-adjusted returns.
With the growing population of active older adults (55+) who are looking for relief from the burden of home ownership, Castle Lanterra recognizes the demand for active adult communities offering more amenities than conventional multifamily. This sector offers tailored, age-restricted housing without the additional costs and risks of hospitality and nursing services. Being less labor-intensive and requiring less maintenance, active adult properties offer higher NOI margins.
Castle Lanterra’s commercial portfolio is composed of office and industrial properties located in strategic markets across the United States. Castle Lanterra seeks office investments with stable cash flow, inflation protection, and depreciation benefits to reduce taxable net income. With lease terms typically running for 5 – 10 years, office investments generally provide bond-like returns without the cost and inconvenience of annual tenant turnover.
Our industrial portfolio can accommodate distribution or logistic users or be utilized as an industrial warehouse facility.
