As Vice President of Development and Construction Management for Castle Lanterra Properties, Ms. Wood is responsible for executing CLP’s repositioning and value-add initiatives across its portfolio of multifamily rental properties. This includes design, contract negotiations, value-engineering, materials procurement, project management, and budgeting. Ms. Wood has deep experience in all phases of the development cycle. Throughout her 20 year career, she has overseen the development of both rental and for-sale product ranging from urban infill high-rise towers in the Northeast to garden-style communities in suburban markets of the South. Prior to CLP, Ms. Wood was Vice President of Development for the Southeast region at AIMCO. From 2009 through 2016, Victoria was Owner/Principal of The MORE Group, providing development services to investors, institutions and other development companies nationwide. Over the course of her career, she has worked on projects in excess of $1.3 billion and developed or repositioned over 10,000 units. In 2004, the Atlanta Business Chronicle named Ms. Wood as “Up and Comer: Under 40 and Rising”. She previously served on the board of directors of the Boys & Girls Club of Delray Beach, FL. Ms. Wood holds a BS in Finance and Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University.
