THOROUGH DUE DILIGENCE
CLP performs a multi-disciplinary due diligence process. This includes
(but is not limited to) the review of financial and operational performance,
the consideration of environmental and legal concerns, exploring various financing options, and sensitivity analysis. CLP spends a significant amount
of time stressing potential transactions. First, the company look at how would the property perform on an unlevered basis. We also meticulously account
for several downside scenarios such as negative rent growth, rising interest rates, or a drop in occupancy.
